A seller had a stack of parts pulled off a car (that required time, labor, & cost to restock) for a buyer professing “I am for sure on my way today to buy them today,” which the seller hears as “Please raise up the car, check the ratio on the rear axle and please pull that spindle–I am for sure going to come get it” and on and on. Were they really coming to get this part? No, for any of the typical reasons sellers hear every day: “Oh, I sold my car,” “my brother ended up having one,” “No, my paycheck wasn’t as high as hoped,” or simply no answer, no excuse at all for all parts sitting on the ground with nowhere to go at the seller’s cost.
This is a problem. PartingOut.com doesn’t bend to buyers or to sellers, it’s built for both. We aren’t building another eBay or Craigslist, we’re building something completely different. Where each party comes to the table to get the deal done, right the first time, saving everyone time and money. We hope you’ll join our growing community of PartingOuters.
